George Higgins

George Higgins is a Principal Consultant at MAM Gruppe specialising in in-house Legal recruitment across Hesse, with a particular focus on Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Kassel, Koblenz, Mainz and Hanau.

Since joining MAM Gruppe in 2021, George has placed over 70 legal professionals across 28 DAX 40 organisations and a wide range of high-growth mid-sized businesses. He recruits at all levels from mid-management through to executive, placing In-house Legal Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial Lawyers, Employment Lawyers, Corporate Lawyers, Heads of Legal, Legal Directors and General Counsel across organisations operating in and around the Hesse region.

Frankfurt is one of Germany's most significant legal hiring markets, driven by its position as Europe's financial capital and home to a dense concentration of international banks, financial institutions, law firms and corporate headquarters with major in-house legal functions. George knows this market and the surrounding Hessian cities well, having spent several years building relationships with both the organisations that hire and the legal professionals who work there.
